Very exciting news, that we’ll present two of our films at the 23rd Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival! Our feature length experimental satire Empty Horses by director Péter Lichter. The film will be presented as the part of the competition programme of the festival called ‘Between the Seas’.

The first episode of our latest work, abstract horror anthology The Philosophy of Horror – (Part I.) Etymology will be presented at the international short film programme of the festival called ‘Fascinations’. The film is directed by Péter Lichter and Bori Máté.

Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival was conceived in 1997. Today, 22 years later, it has long been recognised as the largest event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. Its vivid Industry Programme whirls around the market, the training programmes and podium talks, and it has played a crucial role to bring together the doc industry.

This year’s festival will be held between 24-27th October, and the films will be presented by the directors and our producer Dora Nedeczky – with the support of the Hungarian Institute in Prague.
