Dora Nedeczky is a Budapest/Tallinn-based producer. Her background is in film science and aesthetics. That is balanced with knowledge gained participating in selective training programmes such as MAIA, ENGAGE, Sources2, Save Our Scripts, Berlinale and Sarajevo Talents / Cinelink and EP2C. From 2010 on, she produced various films across genres from LGBTQ through Romanian new-wave fiction, observational and hybrid documentaries to experimental films.

Throughout 2014, she was the Head of FilmLab at NisiMasa, European Network of Young Cinema. She’s also been immersed in mentoring the younger generation: on jury panels, holding workshops in film universities and international programmes such as Pustnik Screenwriter’s Residency, Finno-Ugric FilmFestival in Estonia and Clermont-Ferrand’s EuroConnection.

Since 2015, she’s producing feature-length projects developed at programmes like ConnectingCottbus, Cinelink, Sources2 or EAVE.
