After having a successful world premiere at Venice, our short film GUO4 directed by Peter Strickland will have its UK premiere at the 63rd BFI London Film Festival’s DARE strand! We’re extra proud because our film is one of the very few that got nominated for the prestigious Short Film Award.

The BFI London Film Festival is an annual film festival founded in 1957 and held in the United Kingdom, running for two weeks in October with cooperation from the British Film Institute. It screens more than 300 films, documentaries and shorts from approximately 50 countries, from which more than 150 receiving press and industry screenings in addition to public screenings. The Festival has various initiatives which provide development and profile for emerging British and international talent, and in 2015 augmented its long-running Screen Talks programme with a new talk series, LFF Connects, which focuses on the future of film and how it intersects with other creative industries.

This year’s BFI LFF will run from the 7th to the 17th of October, our producer Dora Nedeczky will be representing the film on our Q&A-s with the support of the BFI.
